1. Introduction & acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications — Othra, Scrollan, Olivra, Kısaca, Müzehane, and Menkul AI — and the website at hanium.app (collectively, the "Services") provided by Hanium; LLC ("Hanium," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 years old in the United States with verifiable parental consent) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Description of services

Hanium operates a suite of mobile applications and a website. Each application has its own functionality described in its App Store listing and within the app. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

Specific products include:

Othra — biometric identity verification and protection from AI-generated impersonations.
Scrollan — translated news in your native language.
Olivra — AI-assisted dietary planning and meal organization.
Kısaca — AI-generated summaries of Turkish news.
Müzehane — location-based museum and historical site discovery.
Menkul AI — AI-generated reports on real-estate listings.

4. Your account

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately at legal@hanium.app of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
Interfere with the Services or their security
Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the Services without our written permission
Use the Services to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material
Use Othra's verification features to circumvent identity controls operated by any platform or institution
Use Menkul AI's outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real-estate advice
Use Olivra's outputs as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Hanium; LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other countries.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you provide to the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide all User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

8. Third-party services & App Store

Our applications are distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple's terms and conditions. Apple, Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to our applications and has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services.

Certain Services may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., news content in Scrollan, real-estate data in Menkul AI). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Specifically:

Olivra provides informational content. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional.
Menkul AI provides analysis for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed real-estate agent, appraiser, attorney, or financial advisor.
Othra's biometric verification is provided as a tool. We do not guarantee detection of every form of synthetic media. You should not rely on Othra as the sole means of verifying identity in any high-stakes context.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HANIUM; LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you, and our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hanium; LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will continue to apply.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, USA, unless you and Hanium; LLC agree otherwise. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Services or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
