This Privacy Policy describes how Hanium; LLC ("Hanium," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications — Othra, Scrollan, Olivra, Kısaca, Müzehane, and Menkul AI — and our website at hanium.app (collectively, the "Services").
We respect your privacy. We collect the minimum information necessary to operate our Services, and we give you meaningful control over your data.
2. Who we are
Hanium; LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We are the data controller for personal information collected through the Services.
Registered office: Hanium; LLC, Wyoming, USA
Privacy contact: privacy@hanium.app
3. What information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information when you register (email, name, and optionally a profile photo).
- Communications when you contact us (email content, support requests).
- Payment information processed by Apple's App Store; we do not store payment card details.
Information collected through your use of specific apps
Othra: Biometric templates derived from your face and voice are generated and stored on your device for the sole purpose of verifying your identity. Raw biometric data is not transmitted to our servers. Reports of unauthorized likenesses you submit for takedown are stored to process those requests.
Olivra: Dietary preferences, food logs, and health goals you provide. Optionally, integrated data from Apple Health with your explicit permission.
Müzehane: Precise location (with your permission) for proximity features. Location is used in real time and not stored on our servers.
Scrollan, Kısaca, Menkul AI: Reading preferences, search history, and in Menkul AI, the property or land details you submit for analysis.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: model, operating system version, app version, language, timezone.
- Anonymous usage analytics: crash reports, performance metrics, feature usage.
- IP address: used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention, then discarded.
4. How we use your information

- Legitimate interests — for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only with:
